All orders are sent using either UPS Express Tracked Shipping or Royal Mail. Delivery times can vary during bank holidays, Christmas, Public holidays etc.
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed that day. Please note orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
All deliveries require a signature to secure their delivery.
The majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered within 2-3 working days. As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
The United Kingdom includes The UK mainland, NOT the Highlands & Islands including The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.

We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. All garment tags must be attached, items will not be accepted for refund or exchange if garment tags are detached from item or are returned outwith the 14 day period. Goods received outwith this period will be returned to sender.
To return an item
Please post your parcel back to the following address:

Please include your name, order number and reason for returning within the parcel or include your packing note should you no longer require it.
Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Signed For Delivery), as Glebe Fashion cannot accept responsibility for items not received. You may also hand deliver your item to our store.
Please note if your purchase was initially posted to you using the Free Delivery Service, your refund will have the original posted charges deducted.
Click & Collect Returns
We request that orders placed via our 'Click & Collect' service be returned within 14 days of order date. Orders cannot be refunded outwith this time.
All refunds will be made to your credit/debit card or paypal account. We will only refund postage of faulty goods.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty you must notifiy us immediately by emailing email@example.com with a description of the fault. Please note all items are checked prior to despatch by our sales team.
