Express Shipping £6.90 within 1 to 3 days

All orders are sent using either UPS Express Tracked Shipping or Royal Mail. Delivery times can vary during bank holidays, Christmas, Public holidays etc.
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed that day. Please note orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
The majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered within 2-3 working days. As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Internet Returns
We offer a full refund on all full priced online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. All garment tags must be attached, items will not be accepted for refund or exchange if garment tags are detached from item or are returned outwith the 14 day period. Goods received outwith this period will not be accepted/ returned to sender.
We offer a full refund on sale online purchases if returned within 7 days of delivery. Sale items purchased within our bricks & mortar boutique are non returnable (unless purchased within the Christmas period where an exchange will be offered before 5 Jan 2023). Goods received outwith this period will not be accepted/ returned to sender.

Please include your name, order number and reason for returning within the parcel or include your packing note should you no longer require it.
Please use a secure delivery method as Glebe Fashion cannot accept responsibility for items not received. You may also hand deliver your item to our store.
Please note, if your purchase was initially posted to you using the Free Delivery Service, your refund will have the original posted charges deducted.
All refunds will be made to your credit/debit card or paypal account. We will only refund postage of faulty goods.
If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty you must notifiy us immediately by emailing info@glebe-fashion.com with a description of the fault. Please note all items are checked prior to despatch by our sales team.

Christmas Gift Returns Information
Items purchased after the 15 December 2022 can be returned for an exchange or credit note up until the 5 January 2023. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this period. We will require proof of purchase, a receipt or gift receipt. Please see our blog post for a list of our boutique Christmas Opening Hours.
