All orders are sent using either UPS Express Tracked Shipping or Royal Mail. Delivery times can vary during bank holidays, Christmas, Public holidays etc.

The majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered within 2-3 working days. As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Please note as an international customer you will be required to pay your own local Taxes and Duties when your shipment arrives with you. You should be contacted for clearing payment.

Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any duties and costs incurred by Glebe Fashion as a result of customer returns will have those costs deducted from the refund amount. 

Glebe Fashion have no control over duties and tax charges that may occur and are unable to advise on their amount. The recipient will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that will be payable on receipt of your order. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. On occasion international packages can get stuck in customs, unfortunately we are unable to control this and delivery times may be longer as a consequence.

A tracking number will be sent once the order has been accepted so you are able to track your shipping online.

On the rare occasion that your parcel arrives with loss or damage, we strongly recommend opening it while the driver is still present. In case of damage ask the courier to fill out a damage report on delivery or reject the parcel.
