Internet Returns

We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days.  All garment tags must be attached, items will not be accepted for refund or exchange if garment tags are detached from item or are returned outwith the 14 day period. Goods received outwith this period will be returned to sender..

Please include your name, order number and reason for returning within the parcel or include your packing note should you no longer require it.
 
Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as Glebe Fashion cannot accept responsibility for items not received.  You may also hand deliver your item to our store.

Please note if your purchase was initially posted to you using the Free Delivery Service, your refund will have the original posted charges deducted.

Click & Collect Returns

We request that orders placed via our 'Click & Collect' service be returned within 10 days of order placement.  Orders cannot be refunded outwith this time. 
  
All refunds will be made to your credit/debit card or paypal account. We will only refund postage of faulty goods.  Please allow 14 days from receipt of your parcel for your refund to be processed.
 
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.

If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty you must notifiy us immediately by emailing info@glebe-fashion.com with a description of the fault.  Please note all items are checked prior to despatch by our sales team.  Faulty items must be returned with 10 days.

EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period by contacting us at info@glebe-fashion.com or in writing to Glebe Fashion, 43 Glebe Street, Falkirk, FK1 1HX, United Kingdom.

Once you have notified us of your wish to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as your original purchase. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been personalised, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, or items that have been worn or had their tags removed.
