We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. All garment tags must be attached, items will not be accepted for refund or exchange if garment tags are detached from item or are returned outwith the 14 day period.
To return an item
In order to return an item, please complete the returns form included with your delivery. If you have misplaced this or require another form please request this by emailling: firstname.lastname@example.org

Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as Glebe Fashion cannot accept responsibility for items not received. You may also hand deliver your item to our store, a completed returns form must still be included with your item.
* For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.
All refunds will be made to your credit/debit card or paypal account. We will only refund postage of faulty goods. Please allow 14 days from receipt of your parcel for your refund to be processed.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty you must notifiy us immediately by emailing email@example.com with a description of the fault. Please note all items are checked prior to despatch by our sales team. Faulty items must be returned with 10 days.

Orders placed will be dispatched within 3 working days from date of order. All orders are sent using Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We do not deliver at the weekend. Delivery times can alter during bank holidays, Christmas, Public holidays etc. Please check this page for up-to-date announcements.
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed that day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
All deliveries require a signature to secure their delivery, if there is no one at the address supplied at the time of delivery, another delivery will be attempted on the next working day. If there is no-one at the address after the second delivery attempt then your item(s) will be sent to the nearest Post Office where it is your responsibility to collect. After 5 working days uncollected item(s) will then be sent back to Glebe Fashion Limited where you will have to pay for re-delivery.
We endeavor to process orders as soon as possible and the majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered within 3 working days. If for any reason your delivery will be later than the delivery date stated we will notify you immediately to arrange a later delivery date and the option to cancel the order. As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, transport strikes and other incidents out with our control.
The United Kingdom includes The UK mainland, NOT the Highlands & Islands including The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. We have a standard delivery charge of £4.25 for all UK mainland orders and for all other UK addresses (outwith UK mainland) a charge applies.
