International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail or DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Delivery may take longer during bank holidays, peak periods, or because of customs delays. P

- USA: £18.00, typically 7–14 working days

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
International shipping charges shown at checkout cover delivery only. They do not include any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees that may apply in the destination country.
All international duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Glebe Fashion does not collect these charges at checkout. This applies to all international destinations, including Ireland and New Zealand. If charges apply, they must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant customs authority or delivery provider before or upon delivery.
Please check your country’s import rules and any potential charges before placing your order. Glebe Fashion cannot confirm the amount of any duties or taxes, as these are set by the destination country and may vary.
Delivery Information
Most UK mainland orders are delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on the service selected. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment online.
Delivery timeframes can be extended by courier delays, customs checks, bank holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. International parcels may be held by customs, and Glebe Fashion cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs or the delivery provider.
If your parcel arrives damaged, we strongly recommend opening it while the driver is present. If there is visible damage, please ask the courier to complete a damage report or reject the parcel.
* Free standard tracked UK delivery applies to UK orders over £100 only and does not apply to international destinations. If a full order is subsequently returned, the refund will be processed excluding the £4.95 delivery cost. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
