International — EU: £12.00 flat rate, free delivery on orders over £130 — approx. 7 to 14 working days
International — USA: £22.00 flat rate, free delivery on orders over £130 — approx. 7 to 14 working days
International — All other destinations: varies by destination — approx. 7 to 18 working days

International Orders — Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the European Union and the United States, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, duties and import taxes may be collected at checkout where applicable. In some regions, additional charges may be due upon delivery — please check with your local customs authority for guidance.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail, UPS, DHL Express, or FedEx. Delivery times can vary during bank holidays, Christmas, and public holidays.

The majority of UK mainland orders are delivered within 2–3 working days. As we use third-party couriers we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. On occasion, international packages can be held in customs — unfortunately this is outside our control and delivery times may be longer as a consequence.

A tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched so you can track your shipment online.

On the rare occasion that your parcel arrives damaged, we strongly recommend opening it while the driver is still present. In case of damage, ask the courier to complete a damage report or reject the parcel.

(*) Free UK delivery on all orders over £100. If a full order is subsequently returned, the refund will be processed excluding the £4.75 delivery cost.
