We offer a full refund on all full priced online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. All garment tags must be attached, items will not be accepted for refund or exchanged if garment tags are detached from item or are returned outwith the 14 day period. Goods received outwith this period will not be accepted/ returned to sender.
We offer a full refund on sale online purchases if returned within 7 days of delivery. Sale items purchased within our bricks & mortar boutique are non returnable. Goods received outwith this period will not be accepted/ returned to sender.

Please include your name, order number and reason for returning within the parcel or include your packing note should you no longer require it.
Please use a secure delivery method as Glebe Fashion cannot accept responsibility for items not received. You may also hand deliver your item to our store.
For health & safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced jewellery.
Please note, if your purchase was initially posted to you using the Free Delivery Service, your refund will have the original posted charges deducted (£4.75).
All refunds will be made to your credit/debit card or paypal account. We will only refund postage of faulty goods.
If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty you must notifiy us immediately by emailing email@example.com with a description of the fault. Please note all items are checked prior to despatch by our sales team.
Items purchased within our bricks & mortar boutique can be returned for an exchange or credit note only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Credit notes expire 3 months from date of issue. Sale/ discounted items are non-returnable.
