International - varies depending on destination , 7 to 14 days approx

We ship internationally. You may be required to pay customs duties & import tax. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Delivery times for international orders are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail or UPS. Delivery times can vary during bank holidays, Christmas, Public holidays etc.

The majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered within 2-3 working days. As we use a third party for deliveries we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. The majority of international orders arrive within 12 days.

On occasion international packages can get stuck in customs, unfortunately we are unable to control this and delivery times may be longer as a consequence.

A tracking number will be sent once the order has been accepted so you are able to track your shipping online.

On the rare occasion that your parcel arrives with loss or damage, we strongly recommend opening it while the driver is still present. In case of damage ask the courier to fill out a damage report on delivery or reject the parcel.

(*) Free UK delivery on all orders over £100. If a full order is subsequently returned the refund will be processed excluding £4.75 delivery cost.
